1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Service

ShopifySift queries public search-engine indexes for X (Twitter) profiles whose bios contain Shopify store URLs. We verify each store is live before returning it. We do not scrape X directly.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ShopifySift for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. Cold outreach must comply with X's user-facing rules and applicable email/SMS laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

4. Credits and payment

Credits are purchased in packs and never expire. Refunds are at our discretion within 14 days of purchase, for unused credits.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Liability

ShopifySift is provided "as is". We're not responsible for outcomes of your outreach.
